These rooms are very nice! A small apartment! I’m not sure if it is an excellent neighborhood but I felt safe! Most of the staff is very nice! Overall good place to go.
Exceptionally good customer service. We used Frontier Suites as our portal to the Alaska Interior. It was very convenient as their shuttle was free to both the Airport and Ferry.
And when I left a couple items at the TSA checkpoint at the airport I needed someone to retrieve them.The owner/manager of Frontier Suites retrieved them, and mailed them back to me! And, so far, is resisting my efforts to compensate them for their assistance.
We spent the night upon arrival in Juneau and the night prior to departure. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nicely outfitted kitchen for longer stays. We would definitely stay again.
Frontier Inn is without a doubt, the best deal in Juneau. Don’t be scared off by the outward appearance of not being a new modern hotel, it is not. But for the price, it is definitely the best deal in town and the rooms are way above average to other places I have stayed over the years. I love having a kitchen so you can save money on having to eat out. Anyone who has ever been to Juneau knows how expensive it is to eat there. The location is great and the staff was super helpful. My first time there I walked to the hotel because I did not know they had a shuttle. It’s only a few blocks from the airport, but now I make a call, and the shuttle is there in five minutes. The rooms are very quiet and clean. In my last three stays there, I have not been disappointed.
